Terms & Conditions
Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who we are
Seller: William Price, a sole trader trading as ShopTrack, based in the United Kingdom.
These terms are an agreement between you and ShopTrack ("we", "us"), the provider of the ShopTrack workshop management service. When you use ShopTrack you are contracting with ShopTrack.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use ShopTrack for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
ShopTrack helps workshops record machinery, maintenance schedules, pre-use checks and jobs. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not certify that any equipment is safe or that you meet any legal or regulatory requirement. You remain responsible for your own inspections and obligations.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate. Each plan allows a set number of signed-in devices.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scraping or interfering with the service's security; reverse engineering it; reselling it; or bypassing plan limits.
Intellectual property
ShopTrack keeps all rights in the service, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of the records you enter and let us host and process them only to provide the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
Service level
We work to keep ShopTrack available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service at any time. After your account ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will show the latest version here.
