We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ShopTrack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for monthly or yearly plans.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us and we'll help.

You can cancel any time from the Account page. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
